Norgay
Consulting is an individual consulting concern focusing on Business Consulting,
Facilitation and Strategy Development.
With a background in Human Relations Psychology and a 10 year career in
Programme Management, Business Consulting and Strategy Development, the primary
member – Josh Hayman – has used his skills with over 40 different organisations
to facilitate solutions in both small and large group contexts to a wide
variety of business issues.
The Company’s
approach combines an absolute focus on the value of the consultant-client
relationship, a proven facilitative and consulting process and an ability to
remain content-neutral with absolute honesty and integrity in client
engagements.
The company
has particular expertise in the areas of Strategy Development, Change and
Transition Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Business Planning, Project and
Programme Management, Project Management Office Development as well as
